Project Management is a very complex task. We need to take into account all factors of influence and respect all the limits (time, financial and resource limits). One should always keep in mind the final goal and follow the agenda.
It is also extremely important that the whole process of project task is properly and regularly documented in order that “anyone” could continue the project later with the help of project documentation. It is important that the project manager makes the right decisions at the right time and always keeps in mind a list of priorities with which he can select the final approach to the solution. A regular communication between all levels involved in the project is of equal importance.
