Standard service includes the provision of IT services within the agreed number of hours per month.

Service call is based on the hours spent in solving the problem.

Incidents imply a certain predefined number of incidents on a monthly basis and are not based on permanent support.

Complete service includes the IT services to an unlimited number of hours per month.
At the request of users, SISNET assigns a person responsible for monitoring all its demands and needs.
